- Lemon(s) (or lime)
- Cane sugar syrup
- Mint in branches
My favourite beverage
A long time ago after a trip to southern Spain, I brought back with me the recipe of the agua buena (good water) which is really good, particularly in summer.
- Squeeze the lemon or lime juice and pour in a bottle
- Pour as much cane sugar syrup
- Add water
- Insert branches of mint in the bottle (tip: cut branches as tall as your bottle and put them upside down so that you can fish them out easily)
- Sample and adjust to your taste
- Put in the fridge at least an hour
- Tada!
